chimera¶

简介¶

This package facilitates the characterisation of fusion products events. It allows to import fusiondata results from the following fusion finders: chimeraScan, bellerophontes, deFuse, FusionFinder,FusionHunter, mapSplice, tophat-fusion, FusionMap, STAR, Rsubread, fusionCatcher.
